Alex Monge - Superintendent
Alex is the Project Superintendent for Monge Construction LLC responsible for all aspects of execution of the work including but not limited to Safety, Quality Control, Scheduling, Subcontractor Coordination, Cost Tracking, Project Budgeting, Estimating and Change Management. He has 14 years of management experience working for various general contractors on teams in San Francisco, London, Boston, Boise and finally Ketchum. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and has continued his education by learning to speak Spanish in Madrid, Spain, becoming a certified GMAW welder, and completing a basic Revit Architecture drafting course.
Michael Jones, LEED AP - Project Manager
Mike is the Project Manager for Monge Construction LLC. He is responsible for all aspects of management including but not limited to Subcontractor Bidding & Buy-Out, Project Budgeting, Estimating, Financial Management, Material Procurement and Change Management. He has 14 years of management experience working for various well established general contractors on teams in Ann Arbor, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose, Boise, Portland and Seattle. He graduated from Western Michigan University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, received his LEED AP Certificate in 2009 and his Commercial Real Estate Development Certificate from the University of Washington in 2011.
